Common use of Successor Trustee by Mxxxxx Clause in Contracts

Successor Trustee by Mxxxxx. If the Trustee consolidates with, merges or converts into, or transfers all or substantially all of its corporate trust business to, another corporation or national banking association, the resulting, surviving or transferee corporation or national banking association without any further act will be the successor Trustee with the same effect as if the successor Trustee had been named as the Trustee in this Indenture.

If Any corporation or association into which the Trustee consolidates with, merges in its individual capacity may be merged or converts into, converted or with which it may be consolidated or to which it transfers all or substantially all of its corporate trust business toor assets, another or any corporation or national banking associationassociation resulting from any merger, the resulting, surviving conversion or transferee corporation or national banking association without any further act will be the successor Trustee with the same effect as if the successor Trustee had been named as consolidation to which the Trustee in this Indentureits individual capacity may be sold or otherwise transferred, shall be the Trustee hereunder without further act.
