Common use of Successor Trustee by Mxxxxx Clause in Contracts

Successor Trustee by Mxxxxx. If the Trustee consolidates with, merges or converts into, or transfers all or substantially all its corporate trust business or assets to, another corporation, the resulting, surviving or transferee corporation without any further act shall be the successor Trustee.

Successor Trustee by Mxxxxx. If the Trustee consolidates with, merges or converts into, or transfers all or substantially all of its corporate trust business or assets to, another corporationcorporation or national banking association, the resulting, surviving or transferee corporation or national banking association without any further act shall will be the successor TrusteeTrustee with the same effect as if the successor Trustee had been named as the Trustee in this Indenture.

If the Trustee consolidates with, merges or converts into, or transfers all or substantially all its corporate trust business or assets to, another corporationcorporation or banking association, the resulting, surviving or transferee corporation without any further act shall be the successor Trustee.

If Any corporation or association into which the Trustee consolidates with, merges in its individual capacity may be merged or converts into, converted or with which it may be consolidated or to which it transfers all or substantially all of its corporate trust business or assets toassets, another corporationor any corporation or association resulting from any merger, conversion or consolidation to which the resultingTrustee in its individual capacity may be sold or otherwise transferred, surviving or transferee corporation without any further act shall be the successor TrusteeTrustee hereunder without further act.
