Successor Trustee by Xxxxxx, etc. If the Trustee consolidatesconsolidates with, merges or converts into, or transfers all or substantially all of its corporate trust business assets (including the administration of this Indenture) to, another corporation, by sale or otherwise, the successor corporation resulting, surviving or transferee corporation, without any further act act, shall be the successor Trustee, provided such transferee corporation shall qualify and be eligible under Section 8.09.
