Common use of Successor Trustee by Xxxxxx, etc Clause in Contracts

Successor Trustee by Xxxxxx, etc. If the Trustee consolidates with, merges or converts into, or transfers all or substantially all of its corporate trust business to, another corporation or national, banking association, the resulting, surviving or transferee corporation or national banking association without any further act shall be the successor Trustee with the same effect as if the successor Trustee had been named as the Trustee herein.

Successor Trustee by Xxxxxx, etc. If the Trustee consolidates withconsolidates, merges or converts into, or transfers all or substantially all of its corporate trust business to, another corporation or national, national banking association, the resulting, surviving or transferee successor corporation or national banking association without any further act shall be the successor Trustee with the same effect as if the successor Trustee had been named as the Trustee hereinTrustee, subject to Section 7.10.

Successor Trustee by Xxxxxx, etc. If Subject to Section 5.11 hereof, if the Trustee consolidates with, merges or converts into, or transfers or sells all or substantially all of its corporate trust business (including the administration of the trust created by this Indenture) to, another corporation or national, national banking association, the resulting, surviving or transferee corporation or national banking association successor entity without any further act shall be the successor Trustee with as to the same effect as if the successor Trustee had been named as the Trustee hereinSecurities.

Successor Trustee by Xxxxxx, etc. If the Trustee consolidates with, merges or converts into, or transfers all or substantially all of its corporate trust business to, another corporation or national, national banking association, the resulting, surviving or transferee corporation or national banking association without any further act shall be the successor Trustee with the same effect as if the successor Trustee had been named as the Trustee herein; provided that such successor Trustee shall be otherwise qualified and eligible under this Article 8.

Successor Trustee by Xxxxxx, etc. If the Trustee consolidates withor the Collateral Agent consolidates, merges or converts into, or transfers all or substantially all of its corporate trust business to, another corporation or national, national banking association, the resulting, surviving or transferee successor corporation or national banking association without any further act shall be the successor Trustee with the same effect or Collateral Agent, as if the successor Trustee had been named as the Trustee hereinapplicable, subject to Section 7.09.
