Common use of Successor Trustee by Xxxxxx, etc Clause in Contracts

Successor Trustee by Xxxxxx, etc. If the Trustee consolidates with, merges or converts into, or transfers all or substantially all of its corporate trust business to, another corporation or national banking association, the resulting, surviving or transferee corporation or national banking association without any further act shall be the successor Trustee, if such corporation or association complies with Section 7.10.

Successor Trustee by Xxxxxx, etc. If the Trustee consolidates withconsolidates, merges or converts into, or transfers all or substantially all of its corporate trust business assets to, another corporation or national banking association, the resulting, surviving or transferee successor corporation or national banking association without any further act shall be the successor Trustee, if ; provided that such corporation or national association complies with Section 7.10shall be otherwise eligible and qualified under this Article and shall notify the Company of its successor hereunder.

Successor Trustee by Xxxxxx, etc. If the Trustee consolidates with, merges or converts into, or transfers all or substantially all of its corporate trust business (including the administration of this Indenture) to, another corporation or national banking association, the resulting, surviving or transferee corporation or national banking association association, without any further act act, shall be the successor Trustee, Trustee with the same effect as if such corporation or association complies with Section 7.10the successor Trustee had been named as the Trustee herein.
