Common use of Successor Trustee by Xxxxxx, etc Clause in Contracts

Successor Trustee by Xxxxxx, etc. If the Trustee consolidates, merges or converts into, or transfers all or substantially all of its corporate trust assets to, another corporation or national association, the successor corporation or national association without any further act shall be the successor Trustee; provided that such corporation or national association shall be otherwise eligible and qualified under this Article and shall notify the Company of its successor hereunder.

Successor Trustee by Xxxxxx, etc. If the Trustee consolidatesconsolidates with, merges or converts into, or transfers all or substantially all of its corporate trust assets business to, another corporation or national banking association, the successor resulting, surviving or transferee corporation or national banking association without any further act shall be the successor Trustee; provided that , if such corporation or national association shall be otherwise eligible and qualified under this Article and shall notify the Company of its successor hereundercomplies with Section 7.10.
