Successor Trustee or Collateral Agent by Merger, etc. If the Trustee or Collateral Agent consolidates with, merges or converts into, or transfers all or substantially all of its corporate trust business to, another corporation, the successor corporation without any further act shall be the successor Trustee or Collateral Agent, as applicable, subject to Section 8.09.

Successor Trustee or Collateral Agent by Merger, etc. If the Trustee or the Collateral Agent consolidates withconsolidates, merges or converts into, or transfers all or substantially all of its corporate trust business to, another corporationcorporation or national banking association, the successor corporation or national banking association without any further act shall be the successor Trustee or Collateral Agent, as applicablethe case may be, subject subject, in the case of the Trustee, to Section 8.097.10.
