Common use of Successor Warrant Agent Clause in Contracts

Successor Warrant Agent. Any corporation into which the Warrant Agent or any new warrant agent may be merged or converted, or any corporation resulting from any consolidation to which the Warrant Agent or any new warrant agent shall be a party or any corporation succeeding to all or substantially all the corporate agency business of the Warrant Agent, shall be a successor Warrant Agent under this Agreement without any further act, provided that such corporation would be eligible for appointment as successor to the Warrant Agent under the provisions of Section 10.5 hereof. Any such successor Warrant Agent shall promptly cause notice of its succession as Warrant Agent to be mailed to each Holder of a Warrant.
