Common use of Successor Warrant Agent Clause in Contracts

Successor Warrant Agent. Any corporation into which the Warrant Agent may be merged or with which it may be consolidated, or any corporation resulting from any merger or consolidation to which the Warrant Agent shall be a party, shall be the successor Warrant Agent under this Agreement without any further act; provided, however, that such corporation would be eligible for appointment as a successor to the Warrant Agent under the provisions of Section 8.13

Successor Warrant Agent. Any corporation into which the Warrant Agent or any new warrant agent may be merged or with which it may be consolidated, or any corporation resulting from any merger or consolidation to which the Warrant Agent or any new warrant agent shall be a party, party or any corporation succeeding to all or substantially all the agency business of the Warrant Agent or any new warrant agent shall be the a successor Warrant Agent under this Agreement without any further act; provided, however, that such corporation would be eligible for appointment as a successor to the Warrant Agent new warrant agent under the provisions of Section 8.13Section

Any corporation company into which the Warrant Agent may be merged or with which it may be consolidated, or any corporation company resulting from any merger or consolidation to which the Warrant Agent shall be a party, shall be the successor Warrant Agent under this Agreement without any further act; provided, however, that such corporation company would be eligible for appointment as a successor to the Warrant Agent under the provisions of Section 8.138.13 hereof. Any such successor Warrant Agent shall promptly cause notice of its succession as Warrant Agent to be mailed to the Company and the Holders.
