Successors and Amendment. 8.1. This Dealer Manager Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the Dealer Manager and the Company and, solely with respect to Section 3.3, the Advisor and their respective successors, and to the benefit of the Dealers to the extent set forth in Sections 1 and 4 hereof. Nothing in this Dealer Manager Agreement is intended or shall be construed to give to any other person any right, remedy or claim, except as otherwise specifically provided herein. 8.2. This Dealer Manager Agreement may be amended by the written agreement of the Dealer Manager and of the Company and, solely with respect to Section 3.3, of the Advisor.
