Successors and Assigns; Assignments and Participations. (a) This Agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of Company and the Banks and their respective successors and assigns. (b) The foregoing shall not authorize any assignment by Company, of its rights or duties hereunder, and no such assignment shall be made (or effective) without the prior written approval of the Banks.
