Successors and Assigns; Binding Effect. This Agreement will be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Company and its successors and assigns, and the Executive, and his heirs and administrators. The Company may assign this Agreement to any corporation which is in a consolidated group with the Company or which acquires the Company, subject to the Executive's rights under Section 6.06 hereof.
