Successors and Assigns; Governing Law. This Third Amendment shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the respective parties hereto and their successors and assigns and shall be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with, the internal laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without regard to its principles of conflicts of laws.
