SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS; INTERPRETATION. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of, and be binding upon, the parties hereto and their heirs, successors, administrators, executors and assigns. Purchaser shall not have the right to assign Purchaser’s interest in this Agreement. As required by context herein, the singular shall include the plural, and the neuter shall include the masculine and the feminine.
