Successors and Assigns; No Third Party Beneficiary. (a) Each Party (save for the Investors) may not assign, hold in trust or otherwise transfer any rights or benefits under this Agreement without prior written consent of other Parties. (b) Subject to and upon any assignment permitted by this Agreement, any assignee of the Parties shall in its own right be able to enforce any term of this Agreement in accordance with its terms as if it were a Party, but until such time any such assignee of the Parties shall have no such rights whether as a third party or otherwise.
