Successors and Assigns of Company and Guarantor Bound By Supplemental Indenture. All the covenants, stipulations, promises and agreements contained in this Supplemental Indenture by or on behalf of the Company or the Guarantor shall bind their successors and assigns, whether so expressed or not, and the provisions hereof shall bind the heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the Holders.

Successors and Assigns of Company and Guarantor Bound By Supplemental Indenture. All the covenants, stipulations, promises and agreements contained in this Supplemental Indenture contained by or on behalf of the Company shall bind its successors whether so expressed or not. All the covenants, stipulations, promises and agreements in this Supplemental Indenture contained by or on behalf of the Guarantor shall bind their its successors and assigns, whether so expressed or not, and the provisions hereof shall bind the heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the Holders.
