Common use of Successors and Assigns; Restrictions on Assignment Clause in Contracts

Successors and Assigns; Restrictions on Assignment. This Agreement shall run with the land and all of the covenants and conditions set forth herein shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the successors and assigns of the parties hereto. The provisions of this Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the permitted successors and assigns of the parties hereto. Notwithstanding anything contained in the foregoing to the contrary, unless otherwise approved by the City, until completion of construction of the entirety of the Project, the right of Developer to assign its rights, duties and obligations under this Agreement shall be limited and restricted to the following:
