Common use of Successors and Beneficiaries Clause in Contracts

Successors and Beneficiaries. For purposes of this Section 20, the Corporation and each of its Affiliates shall be deemed to be third party beneficiaries with the right to seek enforcement of any of the provisions of this Section 20. Further, for purposes of this Section 20, references to acting directly or indirectly include acting jointly with or through another person.
