Common use of Successors and Third Parties Clause in Contracts

Successors and Third Parties. This Agreement and the rights and obligations hereunder shall bind and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their successors and assigns. The rights and benefits hereunder are specific to the parties and shall not be delegated or assigned without the prior written consent of the other party.
