Common use of Successors and Third Parties Clause in Contracts

Successors and Third Parties. This Agreement and the rights and obligations hereunder shall bind and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their successors and assigns. The rights and benefits hereunder are specific to the parties and shall not be delegated or assigned without the prior written consent of the other party, which shall not be unreasonably withheld. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to create or grant any right, privilege or other benefit to or for any person or entity other than the parties hereto and any party executing a Purchaser Joinder Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Bank may assign its rights hereunder without Purchaser’s consent.
