Common use of Successors and Third Parties Clause in Contracts

Successors and Third Parties. Except as limited by Section 21, this Agreement and the rights and obligations hereunder shall bind, and inure to the benefit of the Parties and their successors and permitted assigns. Nothing in this Agreement, expressed or implied, is intended to confer upon any person, other than the Parties and their successors and permitted assigns, any of the rights hereunder.
