Successors; Assignment; No Third-Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the successors of the Member Entities. Except to the extent expressly provided herein, no Member Entity may assign any right or obligation hereunder without the consent of the other Member Entities. This Agreement is not intended to create rights or obligations for any third parties, except for Associate Members that execute an associate member agreement with the Authority.
