Common use of SUCCESSORS; ASSIGNS; AMENDMENT Clause in Contracts

SUCCESSORS; ASSIGNS; AMENDMENT. This Agreement will be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns of the parties; provided that no Grantor may assign or transfer its interests, rights, or obligations under this Agreement without Lender’s prior written consent. Lender may sell, assign, transfer, negotiate or grant participations in all or any part of, or any interest in, Lender’s rights and benefits under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents. This Agreement may be amended or modified only in writing signed by Lender and each Grantor, except as provided in Section 7(b)(xi) and Section 19 of this Agreement.
