SUCCESSORS; ASSIGNS; AMENDMENT. This Pledge Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns of the parties, and may be amended or modified only in a writing signed by Mercator and Pledgor.
