Common use of Successors, Assigns and Assignments Clause in Contracts

Successors, Assigns and Assignments. This Agreement will enure to the benefit of and be binding upon the respective successors and permitted assigns of the Parties. This Agreement may not be assigned by any Party without the prior written consent of the other Parties, and (ii) that the Purchaser may, without the prior written consent of the other Parties, assign all or part of its rights and/or obligations under this Agreement to one or more Affiliates of the Purchaser.
