Successors; Binding Agreement; Third Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the personal or legal representatives, executors, administrators, successors, heirs, distributees, devisees legatees and permitted assignees of the parties hereto. In the event of the Executive's death while receiving amounts payable pursuant to Section 8(b) hereof, any remaining amounts shall be paid to Executive's estate.
