Common use of Successors; Binding Effect Clause in Contracts

Successors; Binding Effect. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the respective parties, their successors, assigns, heirs, legatees, executors, administrators and legal representatives ("Successors") and any Successor shall be deemed a party to this Agreement upon such Successor's receipt of any interest in this Agreement. Whenever a party is referred to in this Agreement, such reference shall include reference to such party's Successors.
