Successors Bound; No Third-Party Beneficiaries. Subject to the provisions of paragraph 15 of Exhibit A hereof, this Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns. Nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, is intended to or shall confer upon any other person or entity any right, benefit or remedy of any nature whatsoever under or by reason of this Agreement.
