Common use of Successors; Enforceability Clause in Contracts

Successors; Enforceability. The terms and provisions of this Waiver and Amendment No. 5 shall be binding upon the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders and their respective successors and assigns, and shall inure to the benefit of the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders and the successors and assigns of the Administrative Agent and the Lenders.
