Common use of Successor’s Liability Clause in Contracts

Successor’s Liability. The covenants and conditions herein contained shall, subject to the provisions as to assignment, apply to and bind the heir, successors, executors, administrators, and permitted assigns of all the parties hereto and all of the parties hereto shall be jointly and severally liable for the covenants contained herein.
