Successors - Provisions Running With the Land. This Agreement shall be binding upon, and inure to the benefit of, the parties hereto and their respective heirs, successors, assigns, receivers and transferees. The provisions of this Agreement shall be deemed benefits and burdens which shall run with the Property.
