Sufficiency of Assets and Commitments. Except as set forth in Exhibit 5.25, the Assets and the Commitments, taken in the aggregate, are sufficient, and constitute all of the property and Rights necessary, for the continuation of the business and operations of DE on a basis consistent with past operations.
