Sufficiency of Certain Items. Each Property includes: (a) a sufficient amount of furniture, furnishings, color television sets, carpets, drapes, rugs, floor coverings, mattresses, pillows, bedspreads and the like, of requisite quality and condition, to furnish each guest room in accordance with standards applicable to each Hotel brand on the Agreement Date; and (b) a sufficient amount of towels, wash cloths and bed linens together with a sufficient supply of paper goods, soaps, cleaning supplies and other such supplies and materials, as are reasonably adequate for the current operation of the Hotels and as are required by each Hotel’s brand standards.
