Sufficient Amounts. Each payment made under this section_shall be sufficient to pay the total amount of principal and Accrued Interest on the Non-Forgiven Incentive Loan Funds becoming due and payable upon that date.
Sufficient Amounts. Employer agrees to at all times maintain sufficient amounts in the Custodial Account to satisfy all obligations of Employer under this Schedule F and Attachment 1. In the event Employer fails to fund the Custodial Account in accordance with the terms of this Schedule F and Attachment 1, then Custodian will notify Employer (including via email) and may, at its option and sole discretion either terminate this ASA in accordance with Section 8.2(d) below, or suspend the provision of the Services under this Schedule F until such time as Employer has replenished the Custodian Account to an amount sufficient to satisfy Employer’s obligations in accordance with this Schedule F and Attachment 1.
