Sufficient Common Units for Issuance. The Partnership shall ensure that there are at all times sufficient Common Units to provide for the issuance, free of any preemptive rights, out of its authorized but unissued Common Units or Common Units held in treasury, of the maximum aggregate number of Units authorized for issuance by the Partnership pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. The Partnership will use its commercially reasonable efforts to cause the Units to be listed for trading on the NYSE and to maintain such listing.
