Sufficient monies Sample Clauses
The 'Sufficient monies' clause establishes a requirement that a party must have adequate funds available to fulfill its financial obligations under the agreement. In practice, this clause may require a party to demonstrate proof of funds, maintain a minimum account balance, or ensure that payments can be made as they become due. Its core function is to provide assurance to the other party that financial commitments will be met, thereby reducing the risk of non-payment or default.
