Suggested Wording. During any period of notice of termination (whether given by the Company or you), the Company may require you to take garden leave for all or part of the remaining period of your employment. If you are required to take garden leave you will continue to receive your full salary and benefits, but you may be required not to attend your place of work or any other premises of the Company, may be required not to carry out duties during the remaining period of your employment, and may be required not to contact or attempt to contact any client, customer, supplier, agent, professional, adviser, broker or banker of the Company or any employee of the Company without the prior written permission of the Company.
