Common use of Suggestions Clause in Contracts

Suggestions. You agree that SFDC shall have a royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sublicenseable, irrevocable, perpetual license to use or incorporate into any SFDC products or services any suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations or other feedback provided by You or Your Users relating to the operation of the Platform and/or the SFDC Service.

Suggestions. You agree Customer agrees that SFDC shall have a royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sublicenseable, irrevocable, perpetual license to use or incorporate into any SFDC products or services any suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations or other feedback provided by You Customer or Your Customer Users relating to the operation of the Platform and/or the SFDC Service.

Suggestions. 8.1 You agree that SFDC shall have a royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sublicenseable, irrevocable, perpetual license to use or incorporate into any SFDC products or services any suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations or other feedback provided by You or Your Users relating to the operation of the Platform and/or the SFDC Service.

You agree that SFDC shall have a royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sublicenseable, irrevocable, perpetual license to use or incorporate into any the Platform or the SFDC products or services Service any suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations or other feedback provided by You or Your Users relating to the operation enhancement of the Platform and/or the SFDC ServiceService (collectively “Feedback”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, “Feedback” shall not include Your Data or any information identified by You as confidential at the time of disclosure.

You agree that SFDC shall have a royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sublicenseable, irrevocable, perpetual license to use or and incorporate into any SFDC products or services the Services any suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations or other feedback provided by You or Your Users Customer, including Users, relating to the operation of the Platform and/or the SFDC ServiceServices.
