Common use of Suit for Enforcement Clause in Contracts

Suit for Enforcement. If an Event of Default shall occur and be continuing, the Indenture Trustee may, subject to the provisions of Section 6.1, proceed to protect and enforce its rights and the rights of the Noteholders under this Indenture by Proceedings whether for the specific performance of any covenant or agreement contained in this Indenture or in aid of the execution of any power granted in this Indenture or for the enforcement of any other legal, equitable or other remedy as the Indenture Trustee, being directed by the Holders of Notes evidencing not less than a majority of the Outstanding Amount of the Controlling Class shall deem most effectual to protect and enforce any of the rights of the Indenture Trustee or the Noteholders.
