Upon termination of this Lease pursuant to Section 11.2(a), Landlord may proceed to recover possession of the Demised Premises under and by virtue of the provisions of the laws of any applicable jurisdiction, or by such other proceedings, including reentry and possession, as may be applicable, or by direct order from any Court having jurisdiction over Tenant/Debtor, including any Bankruptcy Court.
