Suit for Possession. Upon termination of this Lease pursuant to Paragraph 26.5(a), Landlord may proceed to recover possession under and by virtue of the provisions of laws of any applicable jurisdiction, or by such other proceedings, including re-entry and possession, as may be applicable.
