Common use of Suit to be Brought for the Ratable Benefit of Holders Clause in Contracts

Suit to be Brought for the Ratable Benefit of Holders. Subject to the other provisions of this Indenture, any suit, action or other proceeding at law, in equity or otherwise which shall be instituted by the Trustee under any of the provisions of this Indenture or the Notes shall be for the equal, ratable and common benefit of all of the Holders.
