Suit to Collect and Foreclose. Mortgagee, at its election, or the Trustee, upon written request of Mortgagee, may proceed by suit or suits, at law or in equity, to enforce the payment of the Indebtedness in accordance with the terms hereof and of the notes, guaranties, or other documents evidencing it, and to foreclose the Lien of this Deed of Trust as against all or any portion of the Mortgaged Property and to have such Property sold under the judgment or decree of a court of competent jurisdiction.
