Common use of Suitability of Products Clause in Contracts

Suitability of Products. 3.1 The Supplier provides no warranty that the Products will be fit for the Customer’s intended purpose of use and expresses no specific knowledge of the appropriateness of any product for a particular task or purpose. The Customer agrees that it is responsible for determining whether the Products are wholly suitable for their intended purpose. 3.2 Details and specifications for the Products are correct at the time of publication but can be changed without prior notice. The Supplier will check the latest specifications for the Customer at the time an Order is accepted. The Supplier has the right to alter specifications of any given Product, and to withdraw any item without explanation or notification to the Customer. All images presented by the Supplier to the Customer are for illustration only. At the time of purchase the Customer is responsible for checking that the specification meets their actual requirements.
