Suitability of Project Plans. The Project Plans provide (a) for the construction and renovation of all buildings and related improvements necessary, both legally and practically, for the proper and efficient construction of the Project in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and (b) after the completion of the construction of the Project, for the operation of the Project for its Primary Intended Use.
