SUITABILITY OF SPACE. University makes no representation warranty or agreement that the Premises, parking, or ancillary facilities are suitable for Renter’s intended purpose. Renter acknowledges that Renter has inspected the Premises and agrees to accept the Premises as they are on the date of this Agreement, subject to such changes as University and Renter may agree to in writing.
