Suitable Persons. EasyHire Motorhomes Ltd has the right to refuse to handover the Motorhome on arrival of the hirer to any person who in our opinion is not suitable to take charge of the vehicle, due any concerns we have for the safety of the vehicle or its occupants or other road users, In this situation all monies paid to us will be refunded in full immediately. EasyHire Motorhomes Ltd will have no obligation whatsoever with regard to refunding any monies paid for campsites booked, events booked, travel booked, or any other circumstances.

All drivers confirm by signing this agreement that they have none of the following conviction codes on their license within the last 5 years : AC,BA,CD40-71,DD,DR,IN,LC30-50,MS40-90,UT Signing this agreement and driving the vehicle with any of the above offence codes on your license within the last 5 years, is an offence and invalidates the insurance, and the hirer will be liable for all and any costs incurred by motorhome Escapes in the event of any damages or insurance claims as a result of the hire. Animals Strictly no animals Smoking It is against the law to smoke in all hire vehicles. A fixed penalty notice of £75 will be imposed if customers are found to have been smoking in our Motorhome. Vehicle keys Vehicle Keys must never be left in unattended vehicle. Loss of vehicle ignition key will result in a replacement charge of £300 and all other costs involved in the recovery of the vehicle. Vehicle Weight It is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure the gross vehicle weight in so more than 4250KG when fully loaded and must ensure contents are secure at all times. Pets We do allow Dogs/pets dependant on age and breed, so long as they sleep in their own beds and you use your own throws to protect the upholstery. We charge a £20 per pet and you must ensure that the Motorhome interior is pristine and shows no sign of a pet having been in it upon its return for the next hirer and also there may be a possibility that future hirers have an allergy to pets. Smoking It is against the law to smoke in all hire vehicles. A charge of £250 will be imposed if customers are found to have been smoking in our Motor home. Or a maximum fine of the full security Deposit could be imposed if damage is caused by smoking. Suitable Persons. The motorhome operator has the right to refuse to hand over a motorhome to any person who, in the reasonable opinion of the motorhome operator, is not suitable to take charge. In such cases, all hire charges paid will be forfeited, and the motorhome operator has no further liability. Suitable Persons. The Owner reserves the right to refuse to hand over a Motorhome to any person who, in the reasonable opinion of the Owner is not suitable to take charge of the Motorhome. In such cases of refusal, all payments made by the Hirer will be refunded in full, but the Owner will have no further liability in relation to the aborted hire, or to the person to whom hire was refused. The Owner reserves the right to cancel the hire if at Pick up Date or at any time during the Rental Term if it becomes apparent that any of the drivers' licence(s) are invalid or not in accordance with the information supplied. In these circumstances all payments made by the Hirer will be forfeited.

Nomad Motor Homes Limited will have no obligation whatsoever with regard to refunding any monies paid for campsites booked, events booked, travel booked, or any other circumstances. Loss of vehicle ignition key will result in a replacement charge of £300 and all other costs involved by forced entry of the vehicle arising from a lost key, or the recovery of the vehicle.
Suitable Persons. 10 We have the right to refuse to handover a motorhome to any person who we believe, in reasonable opinion, is not suitable. In this unlikely case we will refund all charges in full and have no further liability.
