Suite Number Correction Sample Clauses

Suite Number Correction. Landlord and Tenant hereby acknowledge and agree that due to a scrivener error, the Tenant’s suite number in the Lease was incorrectly identified in various provisions of the Lease as “Suite 1000”. Landlord and Tenant retroactively agree that from and after January 22, 2019, all references to “Suite 1000” in the Lease shall be deemed to mean “Suite 1050”; provided, however, that the physical location of the Premises shall not be deemed modified hereby.
