Common use of Suits, Actions or Proceedings Clause in Contracts

Suits, Actions or Proceedings. No suit, action, arbitration or other proceeding will be pending before any court, arbitrator or Governmental Body which may result in the restraint or prohibition of the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Suits, Actions or Proceedings. No suit, action, arbitration or other proceeding will proceedings, shall be pending before any court, arbitrator court or Governmental Body governmental agency which may result in the restraint or prohibition of the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, and all governmental and regulatory approvals and clearances which are required to consummate such transactions shall have been received.
