Common use of Suits at Law or in Equity and Mandamus Clause in Contracts

Suits at Law or in Equity and Mandamus. If any Event of Default shall occur and be continuing, then and in every such case the Bank shall be entitled to proceed to protect and enforce its rights by such appropriate judicial proceeding as it may deem most effectual to protect and enforce any such right, either by suit, in equity, or by action at law, whether for the specific performance of any covenant or agreement contained in this Agreement and/or the other Related Documents, in aid of the exercise of any power granted in this Agreement and/or the other Related Documents, or to enforce any other legal or equitable right vested in the Bank by this Agreement and/or the other Related Documents, or by law.
