Common use of Suits by Holders Clause in Contracts

Suits by Holders. All or any of the rights conferred upon any Holder by any of the terms of this Warrant Indenture may be enforced by the Holder by appropriate proceedings but without prejudice to the right which is hereby conferred upon the Trustee to proceed in its own name to enforce each and all of the provisions herein contained for the benefit of the Holders.
